All orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
In certain promotional periods, free shipping may be offered on selected products.

Cash on Delivery Policy
SANRA LIVING offers Cash on Delivery with a partial advance payment.
Advance amount varies based on product value and is non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.
Orders may be cancelled if the advance payment is not completed within the specified time.

Unboxing & Inspection
📹 Unboxing Video is Mandatory
Customers are required to record a complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
This video is mandatory to process any damage or defect claims.
Claims without unboxing video proof may not be accepted.

10-Day Replacement Window
We offer a 10-day replacement policy from the date of delivery in case of:
Manufacturing defects
Transit damage
To Initiate a Replacement Request:
Contact support within 48 hours of noticing the issue.
Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Provide your unboxing video as proof of the condition at the time of delivery.

What Is Not Covered
Replacement will not be applicable for the following:
Damage caused during self-assembly
Improper installation
Surface scratches after installation
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or modification of the product

Return Shipping Responsibility
Covered by SANRA LIVING
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will bear the return shipping cost.
Customer Responsibility
If the issue is not covered under policy, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

No Refund Policy
SANRA LIVING currently follows a Replacement Only Policy.
Refunds are not applicable once the product is dispatched.
