SANRA LIVING products are engineered using structural-grade steel and precision fabrication processes.
We offer a 10-Year Structural Warranty on the primary steel frame of our products, reflecting our commitment to durability and material strength.
Section 02
This Warranty Covers
Frame Failure
Structural failure of the main steel frame under normal use.
Manufacturing Defects
Defects in steel components originating from the fabrication process.
Weld Breakage
Breakage at welded joints under standard residential usage.
This warranty applies only to the structural integrity of the steel frame. It does not extend to surface finishes or accessory components.
Section 03
This Warranty Does Not Cover
Surface scratches
Powder coating wear over time
Damage caused during improper assembly
Overloading beyond recommended weight capacity
Corrosion due to water exposure or misuse
Damage caused by accidents, relocation, or modification of the product
Section 04
Warranty Conditions
To claim warranty, the following conditions must be met:
Original order invoice must be provided.
Product must be used under normal residential conditions.
Proof images or videos of the defect must be submitted.
Unboxing video may be required in certain cases.
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Section 05
Resolution Process
If a structural defect is confirmed, SANRA LIVING will offer one of the following resolutions:
Part Replacement
The defective component will be replaced at no cost.
Repair Solution
A suitable repair solution will be offered where applicable.
Full product replacement is subject to evaluation. SANRA LIVING reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a warranty claim.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
Email us at support@sanraliving.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim – [Order Number]".
Include your Order Number and Product Name in the email.
Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect, along with a description of the issue.
Our team will review and respond within 2–4 working days.
